This is a fully functioning HTML editor that's easy to use and will give you many of the functions of

3D Blender

3D Blender is a free and fully functional 3D cross platform modelling, rendering and animation
software package.

Crossroads

Eight file formats including POVray, 3ds, .dxf and Wavefront (.obj) can be imported and viewed in

Split files into smaller ones. Very simple drag and drop interface. Creates .bat file to put parts
